Hotel Eden

I am here for the first time through a friend of mine in this hotel and I must say excellent in everything there is nothing wrong with it. From the staff in the kitchen to the reception staff, very polite and kind girls who pay attention to everything... excellent service. A holiday to be redone and certainly to be recommended to everyone. I will definitely return

Oli Jeant 09/18/2023 I almost always choose the Romagna Riviera for our holidays, for the hospitality and the excellent food. 3 days to forget so as not to file a complaint. All-inclusive treatment. For us it was important to have fish for both lunch and dinner. They assured me by phone that it was there, plus they sent me an email, specifying * lunch and dinner with 4 choice menus of meat and fish. Arriving on Sunday, they make us choose the menu with 3 choices of meat only and not fish, I ask for explanations and they tell me today as it is Sunday there is none. Even on Monday and Tuesday the fish was only there once a day. THE MOST SAD NOTE, upon arrival they made me park the car in a sort of very low garage, I had to hand over the car keys to the hotel management, so if it needed to be moved they would take care of it. On the last day, when I picked up the car, I realized that it had been moved to let out the car that was in front of mine, and upon opening the trunk I realized that it had been scratched. Whoever moved it, not being practical, pressed the button that opens the rear trunk, hitting the ceiling and scratching it. I ask the owner for explanations, who in an overbearing voice denies having moved it, but says that it was I who moved it. Compliments ...

Arriving "by chance" by booking a last minute stay for the next day, we found something wonderful: Very kind staff, very clean rooms refreshed by an excellent air conditioning system, very generous meals with 4 first courses, 4 second courses plus an excellent buffet, desserts, drinks (in glass bottles) and wine in abundance and last but not least an excellent 2-way establishment steps away from the hotel! We will be back and will definitely recommend you!

3 days passed at the end of July 2022, I had never been to Bellaria. After making several phone calls I found availability at the Eden hotel. Competitive price including a partner beach within walking distance (included in the price of the hotel with all-inclusive treatment) and very convenient parking next to the structure. Breakfast, lunch and dinner ok...spacious room with side sea view and not bad bathroom too. Satisfied with the excellent location and the kindness! With a small child we were not very punctual at dinner time, but we were always treated with a smile.
